Carrot soup
Ingredients:
3 chopped carrot
1 chopped onion
2-4 garlic cloves
water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1-2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vinegar
method:
in a cooker add 3 chopped carrots, 1 chopped onion, 2-4 garlic cloves, water and cook until 2-3 whistles
now use a hand blender or a mixer to blend
then add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 pinch cinnamon powder, 1-2 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 glass (as required) of water stir well and boil it for few minutes
now add 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon vinegar stir again and cook for few minutes
serve carrot soup
