1 & 2 - for 3 months continuous - give gap of one month and then can take for 3 months. 3. Roj pi sakte hai 3 mahine ke liye fir 15 days gap fir start. 4. Agar problems thik ho gayi hai to dhire dhire allopathy ko stop kar sakte hai.
