I really appreciate your directions on where to look 🥰 Obviously, I’m looking at a screen in order to follow along, but your instructions definitely helped me focus further into my practice as well as alleviate some of the shoulder and neck tightness I probably experience from not gazing where I’m supposed to!

I loved the lunge variations, I could really feel the stretch in my inner thighs. And I loved rolling in and out of downward dog. I’ve been doing yoga for 4 years now and I’ve never done that. I love that you’re videos have a variety of lengths for when I’m home on an off day or quickly trying to get through a flow after a long day at work.

This was my first time doing any real movement since giving birth and I must say thank you! Thank you for reminding me what it feels like to be connected and in tune with my body. I needed this for myself. I finally felt the urge to get back to myself and this definitely gave me the jolt I needed.

Every morning I usually start off w/ the easy morning flow routine which is absolutely lovely. I thought I'd challenge myself today and this was totally worth it! It's definitely a little more intense but rightly so I'm easing into it! I love this and you please keep posting morning more routines!

I am so so happy I found your channel- you're instruction is my favorite of all yoga instructors I have ever had. Your voice is so soothing, the pace and ways you move your body feel just right for me. I am a mom and only have 10-15 minutes in the morning to myself, this video strikes the balance between stretching out the morning aches and pains, energizing me and giving me a little meditative boost for the day.

This was just what my body (and mind) needed. A wonderful stretch and moment to let go of all that's surrounding me. There's been so much change and uncertainty taking place. I was always interested in trying yoga, I got a new workout mat so I decided to use it for this session. I loved how you teach, very calm energy and easy to follow. Battling depression has been hard. Had my first therapy session Sunday and we did breathing exercises. I was told when I'm overwhelmed to do it has it has helped. I've decided to take back my life and wanted to seriously start yoga. Your video was so awesome I feel so relax and sore lol. I'm grateful to find someone that's my colour with my hair type. This is so awesome. Please keep up the great work

After a night of serving (and getting my butt kicked,) this felt so good and was the perfect length! The lunges were awesome, haven't done that variation and will definitely be using it again.

Girl I have to loose some weight to do about 30% of what I just tried to do. But baby I will continue to watch and do this until I have mastered it and can do everything here at 100%! 🙏🏾
