But Tiff and I, the manifesting duo that we are, just knew that everything was going to work out for us. 🙌 Lo and behold, 3 days later, a miracle email arrives-my phone was found at another Tokyo station! Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzfaq.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I began my weight loss journey almost 2 years ago and I lost a total of 32kg. I'm used to working out and after getting bored of following another fitness KZfaqr's programs and videos as it became too monotonous and repetitive for me, I was afraid of not finding another fitness guru. I randomly discovered your channel 2 months ago and since, I can't get enough of it! I workout every day using your videos. Your channel is the best so far, I haven't find any other channel that pushes my limits like this one. Thank you so much for your amazing work, keep going!!! Thank you SO much for this!! I am a dancer and former gymnastics coach and never had to battle with my physique for anything. Now, I'm battling perimenopause belly (peri-belly) and was going nuts. These exercises helped me approach it in a different way, and it worked. Thank you, thank you!!

Wow am glad you found your phone. I just flew back home. I was in Thailand. It was my first time. We (husband and I) were treated so nice by everyone. Not a lot, to be honest. Maybe (depending on age, gender, weight/height) 100? If you’re looking to maximize calories burnt, I’d recommend looking at HIIT workouts, jogging/running, and even more intense, compound strength training exercises (cleans, squats, etc)
