Cleaning can be a fun/calming activity to do with people you enjoy being around. For example, my mother and I helped my sister clean and organize her room. It was tiring at points, but we had fun doing it!

Hey Sadhana. May I also suggest listening to lofi music quietly while studying. Yes you might think I’m bias but regardless, it does help A LOT of students. Lofi triggers the cerebrum which helps the brain focus. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose. 🙂

Thank you for the relaxing video! Cleaning is easy to procrastinate but so satisfying when you actually do it 💖 (also! If you are drinking tea as an alternative to water make sure to watch your caffeine intake! This especially applies to ADHD folks if caffeine makes you sleepy!) Have a good school semester everyone!

im teaching myself to draw and its good to have a paper and a pen near for little drawings when getting bored or to disstress , even if they are ugly , they count as practice and it slowly help improve plus make the time a little more fun
