Hey my loves! If you follow me for a little while, you know that I love hybrid training, a combination of strength, mobility, and endurance. My personal favourite endurance training right now is running. I’m actually prepping for a 32k run in 2024. Whether you’re training for a specific race or just want to get into running, stretching and mobilizing your joints post running will decrease the risk of injuries and improve recovery. So let’s train smarter by doing a proper cool-down stretching routine after running.
