Күн бұрынOnes you try this recipe Burek with feta cheese in 10 minutes you have this dish in no time for your family they going to love it and no fuss very few ingredients one cups milk one cup water 1/4 cups of vegetable oil one egg tablespoon salt , block of feta cheese box 16 ounces of phyllo sheets nice deep pan preheat your oven 400 degrees till it’s golden brown ones bake take out and sprinkle with water cover with kitchen towel 10 minutes rest cut and enjoy

Hi there dear friend yes it’s 1/4 cup of vegetable oil I use Crisco oil but you could use any other vegetable oil

Oh no…..instructions say 400…. No wonder the top got very crisp fast. I had to put a tent of aluminum to stop it from burning on top. I’ll let you know. Thank you for responding so quickly.
