¼ Cup Rice
Add ½ Ltr Milk (Total required 1 Ltr Milk)
Add the remaining ½ Ltr Milk
1/3 Cup Milk Powder
100 Gms Sugar
Chopped Dry Fruits
¼ Tsp Cardamom Powder
2-3 Drops Kewra Essence

Maine aaj ye recipe try kiya… yummiest. Laga hi nahi ki cooker me bani kheer hai.. kesar se color aa gya tha, so caramelized sugar nai dala. Aur milk powder b nai dala, already bht thick kheer ban kr ready hui. Sugar bas adhik laga mujhe so aage se taste k anusaar daalungi. Baki perfect kheer bani h. I wish yha pic daalne ka option hota. I tried your kheer yesterday and it came out fabulous. Thank you so much for such an accurate recipe. I made double the quantity in a electric pressure cooker and used 1 liter half and half and one liter regular milk.
