Other Myths (Part2) pls.. below are additional from my view on money myth/mistakes ==== - Quick Money growing from Crypto and trading(Option Buying) - Quick money earning from agents - Holding Money and Wait for market crash - Invest huge Money at top of market. - All millionaire's money are cheated money - Not to spend money for Insurance (Term / Health) - assuming i am healthy or waste of spending money for insurance - Deploying all the money into equity only (over confidence) - Worrying on lose money and miss the opportunities

Great insights debunking many myths. But i have slightly a different perspective on Myth 10. Buying a home is definitely worth when interest rates are lower or when you can grab homes at lower prices at higher interest rates but refinance the same loan later at lower rates. Atleast you are investing in an asset that you can call it your own. It definitely becomes a high return asset when you are buying in a school zone that is considered top and sell later when your are kids have graduated and have moved out.
