I really like The Accountant. I thought Ben Affleck was just perfect for the role. I always wondered why it wasn't given a sequel. Glad that it will finally be getting one.

If Freaky Friday 2 isn't called Freaky Saturday, I will be simultaneously disappointed and relieved.

I really didn't think much of The Accountant -- even starting to fall asleep to it -- before a sudden twist make itself known and caught me by surprise. After that, I was firmly engrossed and hooked until the ending.

An actor or actress saying they’re down for a sequel. Sometimes even saying a script has been worked on. Does not mean “FINALLY happening”. And saying the stars are doing really well currently, sounds more counter to a later sequel than anything. But some of these I would like to watch if they come to fruition.

Why do movies need sequels? Just because a movie is good it doesn't necessarily need a sequel. It's just the studio trying to milk it for all the money it can make from it.

It seems every film that turns a profit requires a sequel or 2 these days. It’s a safer corporate bet than making a completely novel new and creative movie I suppose. I mean we never had Casablanca 3 or Citizen Kane 4 but I guess there was Rio Bravo 1, 2 and 3 when I think about it.

I think FF2 could be interesting (and finally different) if they did a 3 generation switch. Anna is a mom and Tess is a grandma. Anna switches into Tess again, but this time to experience what it feels like to be ignored and ousted into a retirement home. Tess into a pre-teen child dealing with bullies. And the child into mom to learn being an adult isn’t easy.

Some movies, no matter how successful, dont need a sequel.

I don't think I could have any better indicator of how my taste doesn't tend to align very well with what's being made these days - for me personally, there's only one of these I want to see. Thankfully, there are enough movies being made that there are still a lot of upcoming movies I'm interested in. Not enough that on any random Friday, I might just go to the theater and picking something from whatever's playing, but still, it could be worse.

Amazing video what culture of movies sequels that is still happening and on its way too,fantastic job. Some of those sequel movies sounds promising good to see and others to pass on too. I still haven’t seen nobody movie,don’t care for nobody 2 because not that interesting to me,did not enjoy the trailer or anything about the movie too. It’s feels like it’s been done before in a better movie too.

Not the Anna Kendrick assassin feature I was hoping for, still looking out for Mr. Right, but still a good choice and she doesn't need to return for The Accountant 2. I would like to see Ben and Jon working a job together in sequel. As long as Hollywood is continuing along its empowerment journey can someone please start working on a Leon The Professional sequel. On the lookout for The Beginner Mathilda, she was trying for a normal life but memories and training don't fade away easily.

i do NOT want to watch " Freaky Friday 2" staring Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee as Mother and Daughter "Trading Places" or switching places. 20 years later. I want to see Mom Lindsey character look at the face of her son / daughter whio say something that only Jamie's Grandmother character would now. Only to have Lindsey's now Mom Character, realize at that point, that her Mom and her Son / Daughter have traded places.
