What is a smart home....practical design, low cost, sensical tech, and functionality...these things must be considered in a smart home and if all four meet... it can be called a smart home. Stupidly overprice, oversized, poor design, and limited tech with cost savings in mind for people living within the domicile. This make the home less functional...hints its not a smart home in my book.

I've never understood how a person can feel at home someplace where there are rooms you have never entered, or where there are more staff than family, There is only so much space a person can use, only so many things a person can have, a limit to one persons display of excess before shame should set in.
