Statistically leopards are by far pound to pound strongest big cats in the world for oblivious reasons, because of their muscular shoulders neck and powerful legs that could mixed speed with power in taking down large sized prey animals up to 300lbs with one powerful paw swipe and not to mention they are the best climbers among wild big cats, dragging a 300lb adult wildebeest high up into a tree.

600-pound lion? More like 400 pounds. Bengals are typically around 500 pounds and Siberians, about 600. There are larger specimens at the far end of the bell curve, but most males are around those weights.

So then the question is... what about an average bengal vs. an average siberian. I have to think that the bengal likely has quickness and agility advantages, while the siberian has greater girth. In the wild, they'd likely sniff each other and just hang out. But in the unlikely scenario that they fought, who would be the real top cat -- the bengal or the siberian? i figure it would be a pretty good fight.

@@lucasbrandt5501 Barbary Lions were actually quite large. They ranges between 550-650lbs on average. Big Mak was well over 500lbs as well and there are others - more common than you would think. Male Siberian and Bengals though are largest on average.

@@TheMajesticTerrorofTheJungleYT a bengal tiger is still bigger a adult male can range from 200 kg to 260 kg, and yes false information is usually spread about the siberian tiger but really its only bigger than the bengal tiger in captivity, but i still think bengal tiger wins.

No, every source i find doesn't give that anywhere, there is one lion that weighed 312 kg, But even that was in captivity, also some that are even 1000 pounds, but that is considered just *fat*

You are on the high side. Historically they were but today, the Bengal has average sizes larger than the Siberian - I think the issue is prey availability and range that is affecting the Siberian. In captivity, Siberians easily outweigh Bengals.

You should either not include Liger in the list as they are hybrid made by human interference, or if you are including such animals then other hybrids like Tions and jagions are better contenders than cheetahs and leopards in the list and hence should have been included. Will glad to know your opinions on this perspective 🐱
