*Rod Woodson* can easily be on here. He played 10 seasons as CB with Pittsburgh and was on the all time 75th anniversary team. He left Pittsburgh and mostly played safety and got about half his 72 career interceptions and made it to two Super Bowls with 2 different teams including that first Ravens team that won with Ray Lewis as it's best player.

I’m gonna say it: Rod Woodson is the greatest DB to ever play football, not Deion Sanders at CB or Ed Reed at safety. Rod Woodson basically had 2 HOF careers. 1 of them being his 10 years in Pittsburgh and the other being the 7 years he spent in Baltimore, Oakland and San Francisco.

What about a person who has two Hall of Fame careers, but one as a player and the other as a coach or executive? As an example: Ozzie Newsome. He hasn't been recognized for his time as an executive with the Ravens, but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets the nod eventually (can't happen now as he is still an Executive VP with them)

As a Steelers fan Ben Roethlisberger should be on the list because he really ment a lot to the Pittsburgh Steelers franchise a 1st Round 11th overall pick out of Miami,OH Redhawks in 2004 NFL Draft Rookie of the year going 13-0 a 2X Super Bowl Champ 2005 to 2008 after all three trips to the Super Bowl's But Eli Manning on the other hand like Roethlisberger he's the only QB in NFL's History to beat the greatest QB and greatest coach of all time not once but TWICE in Super Bowl's from 2007 to 2011 like come one now what is left to say about what Eli Eazy-E Manning has done in his career? He'd still owns the Patriots to this day all because of two things one 2007 David Tyree's greatest Helmet Catch in NFL's and Super Bowl History 2 Mario Manningham's sideline catch in 2011 End Of Discussion man 12:08

I feel like people overrate Emitt Smith because of longevity. He played 15 years, which is about 3-4 years more than the average HOF back. He got 11, 234 of his 18,355 rushing yards in his first 8 years, and 112 of his 164 rushing TD's in that span. Which gives him fairly pedestrian numbers the last 7 years. Out of the 33 backs that have 10k+ rushing yards, he's at the middle of the pack as far as yards per carry goes. He absolutely deserves his spot in the HOF but no, if you split his career in half, he would absolutely not get in twice. 1997-2004 Emmitt Smith you say is also a HOF'er? In that span he had 8,195 rushing yards and 56 rushing TD's...and a 3.9 average per carry. 2001 to 2004 he hit 1k once(1023 yards in 2001). Those seems like pretty ordinary numbers to me.
