I just got another one of those "have you seen this person" attachments in the mail with the age progression photo. It's a kid who was 12 who went missing 50 years ago. They'd be 62 now and their parents, if alive, are in their 80's. Just goes to show you that you never get over it and never give up searching and wanting to know what happened to the person you loved. Extremely sad.

More than anything paranormal this is what I find the most scary. Just the thought of disappearing without a trace only leaving small remnants like this really sends shivers down my spine.

The scariest thing for me about these is that we can almost be sure that for most of these, someone had to be behind it. That’s a scary human, someone that could just ghost someone else and not get caught. Who knows what else they’ve done.

@@josephserrano2097 seems to me from the recording I heard of the 2nd to last one was paranormal or demonic. No human being can growl like that unless they're some kind of crazy impressionist or something. That sounds like some crazy animal I've never heard before besides on other demonic type stories where other recordings or video was captured.

DO NOT take rides from strangers!!!! I once made this mistake, thinking it was someone I knew. He kept wanting to stop instead of dropping me off at my destination, but thankfully I talked him into doing so! I kept my cool didn't panic(on the outside!). That could've went a whole different way..🤦🏾♀.

I was at a Stripes store once walking to Ray High School when it started raining. I went in to get something to eat, and when I came outside it was pouring. Luckily, the gas station had one of those roofs. But I was maybe 1/2 or 1/4 of a mile from my school. I was not walking in that. Then this stranger came and offered me a ride who was driving his sister who was in sophomore year same as me. Thank God he asked me and was in senior year of high school. It wasn't smart, I know. But I'm just glad it wasn't someone else. Ironically, me, him, and his sister became friends, and remain friends to this day.

I'm not leaving my friend alone in a foreign country. Especially , if we just got into a fight with foreigners the night before. Even if not a fight , still wouldn't leave my friend , if for reason he couldn't fly back home. You don't leave a hurt friend in a foreign country alone 😒

Amen. I get it that after a fight the friend was pissed off but no, you can not leave a friend behind like that. He wouldn’t have had to talk with him or anything, could have just followed him. Especially if one is having any health issues you do not leave him/her alone. It’s a foreign country, not a local grocery store. He literally left him in danger. What a friend…

#10 Sounds like he suffered from something more than just the ruptured ear drum. Lots of head injury types could lead to changes in behaviour, and since he was paranoid in a foreign country, he probably kept running and hiding till the end. Poor guy :(

I remember hearing more about that story somewhere else. One of the drugs he was on had a rare known side effect of hallucinations, yet he was released from the hospital and allowed to be on his own. It's understood that he was hallucinating and ran right into a wild area with a number of dangerous animals. Chances are wolves or something similar got to him.

@@ellestarkie8484 I remember it was said on the news that he used to sleep in large wheelie bins when he was too drunk to make his way home. I presume because it was usually safer than in a park or on the streets. After all, a lot of those large wheelie bins a mostly full of cardboard and packaging.

And he actually "found" the M cave. In one of his follow up videos he walked just by it but the openings have been closed and he did not recognize it anymore. Very spooky.

There's nothing scarier to me then becoming one of these kinds of stories.....to disappear into thin air. And speaking in all honesty if, god forbid, my life was ever taken by someone i pray to God my remains are found cause my loved ones never knowing scares the snot outta me for some reason....

They're not necessarily all murders. I live in Columbus and was also a student at OSU when Shaffer was. While its not known what happened one of the theories is he drunkenly fell into an open elevator shift that was filled the next day, possibly with concrete before it was reported/known there was a missing person. Would explain why there's no footage of him leaving the bar.

The story of Brian Shaffer is really strange ,he was never seen leaving so was either inside job or something to do with the construction going on. sad but there is more to it especially when i read out of the 3 friends who was asked to take polygraphs one point blank refused , why if u have nothing to hide,and you want your friend back safe and well !.

Sad fact: Corrie McKeague’s girlfriend gave birth to their daughter 5 months after his disappearance. My mum lives near where he went missing. She’s brings him up now and again. I wish she didn’t. It’s so sad.

Shot out to y'all for showing these, missing person cases are the worst. I saw a couple of these on Mr. Ballen's YT. The really strange part of Henry McCabe's case was that his friends who dropped him off at that convenient store said he wanted to that store even tho it was ones closer. That didn't want to leave him there, in fact they tried talking him out of it, but he supposedly got "argumentative" for lack of a better word. The growls are creepy as hell, but creepier is how did he get six miles away? I forget the other stuff, but there was other things at where he was found that were strange. Bizarre, but definitely scary.

There was in the 90’s of a boy and girl (not related) who went missing then a Polaroid was found at a gas station of both of them bound and gagged in a truck.

I know of that one... they didn’t know who the boy was. But the particular girl that was missing , they didn’t think it was her in the picture. The fbi suspected the picture may be a hoax. But if it wasn’t, then who were those children ? Horrendous to think there are so many missing kids out there being held captive

I was a student at OSU when Brian Shaffer disappeared - It def made campus pretty anxious. What makes it ever more sad is that his Dad died in a freak accident a couple of years later, still with no answers about Brian 😥

Noticed recently there was an age progression photo of him released in hopes of getting a lead to the case. Also think there was a photo of a homeless man in Mexico that some people thought might have been Shaffer. FBI confirmed it was not him. Sad that his father never got closure of the case.

I remember the Veach videos as they were happening and the comments too. The dude genuinely liked hiking and exploring and you could tell from his videos. A lot of theories came out saying he only disappeared to start a new life since he was having some troubles with his original one and many believe that too.

Panama person here! There's a lot of misteries til this day about the "holandesas" case, at the end they basically said on the news that the girls were eaten by wild animals which is possible but there's a picture that doesn't really look like a wild animal attack, it looked like they were cut by a saw, they definetly got lost. On the "pianista" hill is very easy to loose if you're alone and refuse to take a guide. The last thing to study is that river's level were low so It's very unlikely and weird how the body appeared there, It doesn't make sense.

Both animal attack and murder sound like something it could have happened, What I have thought over the years is that maybe it was a combination of both, they were killed and then the animals took their rest but If that was the case there's still alot of things that doesn't add up.

I remember watching a chillz video and he talked about a KZfaqr who was encountering footsteps and other strange things around his isolated house. His last video was him saying it’s over then it ends with a weird growling noise. The last vid ever posted was a blank screen with church bells in the background. I can’t remember what KZfaqr it was but I thought it was pretty creepy.

Interesting. This reminds me of a story regarding the original skin walker ranch owner I believe. Basically a hippie asked the owner if he could meditate and the owner saw a invisible entity and that caused him to leave.

When it comes to Lars .. that's a really old story that has been circulating for quite some time .. best I can figure is he was in a foreign country and I've never heard what, if anything, anyone knows about the guys he got into a fight with .. maybe he really upset the wrong group of people? I mean, that might be a long shot but it's all I can think of. Seems overkill if they continued to chase him but some people are nuts.

There’s no footage of him being chased though ...? Just him running away. I think he became paranoid due to the head injury. It’s so creepy seeing him run like that into the woods !

The Henry McCabe case is CRAZY though for reals. One of my top 3 for sure. The Panama Girls, Brandon Lawson, Brandon Swanson (which I believe are connected and they got the wrong one first bc the similar names) the Faith Hedgepeth case, Karley Guse, and Maura Malley. She's from my state.

I was friends with Kyle Lawson, Brandon’s younger brother. Kyle was always talking about how his brother was missing. Kyle lived in Crowley Texas around the time I lived their, which was between 2012-2015.

@@kimlibrisk9968 To be honest I don’t know, but I do think it was a drug deal gone bad. The lawsons were into Crystal Meth, pretty heavily. And Brandon lived down south in Texas, where Mexican were the major player in dealing meth. But you know never know though, Rest In Peace to Brandon and hopefully his family finds/found solace.

The Dutch girls are still puzzling everyone’s mind. I remember everyday watching the news hoping that they could be found alive. There are also allegations that they were with two other men but there are no evidence of the former. I’m from Panama and I also have a house near the town they were last seen, and it saddens me to now that my favorite place in my own country keeps a story like this. There are also ppl saying that the girls went to a viewpoint (I could guess it was either Cerro Punta or Volcán) and from there they fell of a cliff or something leaving one of them injured, so they had to spend the night up there and they had to use the cams flash to guide through the forest and to watch out for predators such as felines of any kind and snakes.

There's a photo of them with 2 guys under a small waterfall. I think they were murdered. 1 could have fallen or gotten snake bit but I don't see why they'd both die out there. They were young and healthy and they had water and the night temperatures were warm, so they could last weeks out there if simply lost. They might have not even died there and may have just had their bodies dumped there. The photos and cell phone activity doesn't make much sense. It's hard to imagine a scenario that works. I'd imagine they would have photographed the injury and would have left a message on a phone before they died.

I agree that not knowing is the worst feeling, b/c your imagination goes crazy. Even someone who's been murdered could have been killed quickly, with little pain, but we'll imagine great, prolonged suffering and fear or worse that they're alive and being mistreated regularly.

Also kendrick Johnson found rolled up in a gym matt, and supposedly had his organs later revealed to be replaced with newspaper. I guess its not on the list due to the body being recoverd.

It didn’t count but then they did the phone call guy that was found in the river, and the girl who’s skull was found so like.. it doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe it’s because they mentioned her so much in the past? But also she’s like the perfect definition of strange recordings then disappeared. Even if she was found.

9:30 it sounds like an old car engine sound followed with a sound which feels like someone tied his mouth with a cloth. it makes me believe he was inside the trunk of a car with his mouth tied. and in the end the culprit asked to stop the car(probably near the lake he was found in). so there were at least 2 culprits involved..

Brandon Lawson 911 call is really scary.. even if he were on drugs there was definitely a second voice that can be heard in the 911 call.

Also the property he disappeared on was not allowed to be searched. It was owned by an officer of the law. Alot of strange things with this case that makes you suspect something very bad happened to Brandon. While he may have been on drugs I believe he sobered up very quickly when running in terror for his life.

I feel like the last one is easily explainable. The two women got lost (except the dog who probably took off), kept trying to call emergency services but couldn’t get through, women got weaker and more desperate, one phone died, so the woman whose phone died kept trying to use the others phone (maybe the other woman was delirious or too far gone?) but didn’t know the pin code. Then in desperation, they or she used the camera’s flash in the dark to try to get noticed. Even if it can be easily explained, it’s still haunting and horrifying.

Your picks were cool. Check out Missing 411, and Mr. Ballen. Those two have me scared, and thinking different about missing person cases. I know one thing, they should start having categories. Believe it or not. I just started thinking that way because watching their YTs, opened my eyes to, um I'm just going to say a lot. They remind me that unfortunately the world is a cold, and scary place, and to always follow my gut, and to ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO MY SURROUNDINGS, PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

IIt's crazy I remember trevor deeley like it was yesterday. He has not been found to this day its so sad, a young man with a promising life ahead his poor family.
