Servant Leadership was first proposed by Robert Greenleaf in 1970 and he has proposed 10 principles for being an effective servant leader. This video introduces the concept of Servant Leadership and explores each of the ten servant leadership principles.

Great video. Appreciate the simplicity and directness. Went to your website to try to take the questionnaire and the entire page is full of ads and video pop ups. It was so overbearing I decided to not engage. I was very interested until I became completely inundated with ads.

سيد القوم خادمهم translation : the leader of a people is their servant. this is an old Arabic proverb. maybe the idea came from it???

Thanks for your comment. Servant Leadership was first proposed by Robert Greenleaf but you are certainly right that its general ethos of ‘the leader as a servant’ is closely aligned with various religious values.
