Thanks for this, going to put them all on my rec list! I’ve read A Kind Worth Killing, I know exactly what you mean about rooting for the kinda villain, it was a strange feeling 😂. Not sure if these books fit into crime but I Am Pilgrim by Terry Hayes is one I couldn’t put down! And The Passage by Justin Cronin, not crime but definitely thriller/action/end of the world. I rec that book to everyone I know, just one of those books I always think about.

The Cabin by Natasha Preston is another Cabin in the Woods type book. A group of friends go on a trip and two end up dead with the killer being someone in the group. The Snowman and The Leopard by Jo Nesbo are both really good. They’re both books from a series, but you don’t have to have read the earlier books to grasp what’s going on. They’re crime novels with the story told from the point of view of a detective, Harry Hole. Harry is a very interesting character, and the over all storyline in each book is really good. I’d start with The Snowman because that is the earlier of the 2 books, and The Leopard follows straight after in the series. I tried another book in this series, but gave up half way through as the story didn’t grasp me like these 2 did.

I would love it if online bookstores can sponsor you as well 🙄 i can use a discount. Been spending way too much money on books 💸. Also, the kind worth killing is my ultimate favorite. You should read 'rules for perfect murders' and 'the girl before'.

I haven’t watched the whole video yet but I want to mention this before I forget. You should read I Hunt Killers by Barry Lyga! It’s probably the best psychological thriller I’ve read. The whole series is amazing!
