The list nobody asked for and that I couldn't think of a better title of.
A look back at 10 times Rangers have prepared for the season the right way, including some classic glamour games and pre-season tournaments.
As I said in the intro, I think this one will be mainly for you guys that watch every video so thank you again folks.
Footage mostly taken from RTV and DVD collection, however low quality improvisations did have to be made on this one.

Can’t remember the year but it was a pre season friendly against Mark Hughes Man City which resulted in Davey Weir scoring a brilliant late winner! Must See! 🤩🥳😉

In full agreement Gareth man. Burnley under Warburton for example made it clear we were getting ahead of ourselves a touch when we came back up.

Itten was back at the club by the time of the run in when all other strikers were injured. He played and scored in the last league game of the season

Morelos, Roofe and Defoe was never going to be enough in my opinion man, Itten going without another striker being brought in remains questionable to me. I get that we got him back in January after Defoe moved on but its still only 3 with one of those being highly unreliable, not registering him in the Europa League squad when we had the chance forced our hand, kind of stuck playing Aribo upfront and hoping he gained experience on the job. Probably did a better job than Itten would have but its worth the question. Your other comment I have to say I don't get brother, if it came across that I thought Windass was a new signing or stayed longer I'm not really sure how. Cheers for looking out though.

@@Top10Rangers not the point. He was available for the run in with the exception of Europe. Any replacement brought it unless homegrown wouldn't have been able to play in Europe anyways we'd maxed out the quota. You also mentioned season long loan but then dont mention he came back and was here at the run in, he didnt play because he wasnt going to be good enough as most of his performances proved, friendlies dont change that. I know hes done well since leaving but so did waghorn, garner, sebo and others Re windass: I misheard what you said.

Josh windass had been at the club for one year by the Sheffield friendly and would leave only one year later

Under Gio they never seemed hard pushed in preseason. Big Dado was class. Hopefully Dessers can have a similar impact. One thing is for sure Beale will at least have them in best conditioning.
