In "amnesia" the horror game, if you smash a scissor into a table. The scissor will get stuck in the table and u won't be able to pull it out (not that big of a hidden detail but something)

In Ultimate Spider-Man I loved venoms opening tutorial mission in which he has his first feed eating a kid with a spidey balloon saying a line similar to the kids from the notoriously annoying Spider-Man 2 game random events. Felt like the devs giving you a chance for payback for the last years spidey game

For Video Game Easter Eggs/References to other Video Games: In Zombie Army 4's Ragnarok Part 2 DLC during the first "Survive the Ambush" objective, one of the characters, when giving story exposition about the beginning of the universe, says the line "In primordial space, timeless creatures made waves." This is referencing the exact same line from Marathon 2 of the famous Marathon series.

I don't know if this is technically an easter egg or hidden detail but in Epic Mickey, depending on the route you choose (Paint is a Pacifist like run and Thinner is like a genocide run), the music in the environment will change. It only happens if you do one route completely tho that far into the game. Neutral doesn't really change the music very much either.

I found a nice little Easter egg in Starfield I can’t remember where but it’s where you go to get a artifact ( Spoiler) I think it’s after talking with Vladimir or before it’s on the Icey planet of Proy I think. Anyway the Easter egg is a nice little snowman in a room with enemies in it he’s tucked up in a corner before you get the artifact and he has a carrot nose

Idk if he’s covered if or not but in fallout three (takes place in Washington DC) you can find the statue of Abraham Lincoln but its missing its head. But if you play fallout new Vegas you can find a dead brahmin in a cave with the statues head strapped to its back. Kinda funny the devs would put it on the other side of the US, and if he hasn’t covered it he totally should

in moving out 2 there is some afk dialogue after the you move the grill in the tutorial also the first house you do after the drawbridge lowers there is a shower and if you walk in the shower it gets censored

In the dead space remake, chapter 3 in engineering. Just in the bathroom next to where you first get the ripper. There’s an audio log describing a scene where some rips there teeth out with some pliers and hits there head on the sink. Looking at the sinks in the bathroom you can find a tooth in the middle one.
