Mark i love your advice but sometime it takes too long to get to the information i am really looking for, is there a way you can create a playlist of the most watched videos with just the information, no side comments, jokes, stories, just like a 5 to 15 min of pure direct information for the moments i just want to review the topic at hand. I will still watch you entire 1 hour episodes when they come out.

Ditto! A list would be great - and in terms of watch time, I think for those who have the time it will remain the same. And for those like myself and Miguel a list would be a great time saver for when we just can't hang, and incentivise a return visit. We still appreciate you guy!

instead of a rlt, could you use irrevocable trust managed by a multi or single family office? office essentially owns all and eliminates your 1040 involvement, especially if created in the early stages of strategy?

Hi Mark. Love your stuff. If i have my business and a building. If you have an s-Corp for the business and an LLC for the building, can the S-Corp pay rent to the LLC? Will there be any self rental issues in doing that?

No holding company information or strategies? It appears that you're somewhat using the trust as a holding company but it bridges both sides. Versus a holding company on the operation side and a holding company on the passive side or is the passive side holding company not necessary?

I could be wrong but it seems like there could be more tax benefits on BTC held outside and IRA unless paying off collateralized loans make you nervous.

Can I convert inherited 401K or IRA to any type of Roth? 2. Would you be able to recommend super, super pro employment attorney specializing in life insurances. / especially key employee life insurance- COLI/ Corp of my late husband is trying to take part of COLI insurance away from me as surviving spouse to to set educational trust , become a founder, trustee,Have some concerns regarding legality and waiver agreement I received and no not willing to sign unless have legal clarification and redrafting a waiver !!! Keep your shows as witty as possible😂😂😂 even sloppy clients are miserable 🤣🤣

depends on the size of the 401k. Also can depend on your retirement date and start date of SS. I plan on retiring at 65, convert/withdraw from 401k/IRA for several years, and then collect SS

No, the you need to do a 1031 exchange with your sales proceeds in order to avoid capital gains taxes.
