She not saying don’t start a hair business but she’s basically saying you need to invest in your knowledge before doing it. Many people just doing it just to do it. Don’t start one if you aren’t really ready.

I can’t get with sis no more, she lost credibility by selling the Pyramid scheme not once but three times on her channel and also I think her advice has a negative connotation to it she don’t want yah to really peep game you can start a hair business or any business with doing your own research. And no everything is not google a bowl but if you really knew how to take in information and sift through the web you wouldn’t be using Google as your main resource just saying, relying on influencers has led a lot of people to losing thousands of dollars it does not cost thousands of dollars to find vendors you’re not even supposed to buy that much inventory the first time like huh 🤷🏾‍♀️ All sis every says is thousands of dollars, you sound like Trump.

Most people just wanna go into hair business cos they need hair or they just like the money others make from it. I see a lot of hair vendors give hair bundles different names. They dont know the kinds of hair patterns, textures, colors, lengths, quality ,price etc. Some dont know how many bundles would make a full head, some think yaki hair is bad hair not knowing yaki is the kind of texture to the hair. Some can't even tell the difference between synthetic, fiber, Remy, virgin and graded human hair . To start your hair business you need to know most basics .so that most vendors won't cheat you. Simple 👌

I'm black but I've been dealing with hair and hair products for over 16yrs. I can tell mixed or synthetic hair from virgin hair just by looking at it. I can tell density and quality by mere looking at it. If you don't have experience in things like that, most vendors will show you a video that looks good and ship you semi quality hair. Just cos u can't tell the difference, u accept what ever they give u

Gm Jas! I’ve been watching all of your videos in efforts to doing my research towards starting my own hair business! I watched your KZfaq video about what questions to ask vendors. And I honestly I have about 17 questions that I ask potential vendors. Some will take the time to answer them. While others will skip over them. Have you noticed vendors not answering your questions when you were in search of a vendor? I’m a Virgo so the slightest unprofessionalism I tend to shut down. I had one in particular tell me that all my questions would be answered once I buy one bundle. And my reply was I’m not buying any production that I know nothing about. Needless to say, He never responded back. To me, that type of behavior let’s me know that they are hiding something. Can you please provide your thoughts and if I should move on from vendors like this? Thanks in advance for your response! I’m

If this video made you upset, you should not start a hair business. She’s just giving you the real. She’s just giving you tough love and making sure you’re really in this shit and it’s truly what you want to do. Listen to what she’s saying. Like ACTUALLY listen. You’ll learn a lot. And this goes for any business and anything you want to do in life... If you’re not ready to put your all into it, your blood, sweat and tears, then you shouldn’t do it. Don’t waste your time doing something you don’t love. Life is too short. Focus on doing things you’re passionate about. Things that truly bring you joy. Your life will be so much better and you will be/feel so much better I promise.

Hey JAS sista girlfriend!! Let me just say these videos are so informative and I thank you so much for guidance. So I was wanting to travel to China to go to the actual warehouses. I want to meet and build a relationship with my vendors and get a chance to feel the hair and put heat on the hair. I know a few people that go yearly and are very successful..of course their not disclosing any information so I have to do my own research as far as what when and where, and I’m ok with that because the info is definitely out there. I just wanted to know your thoughts on it..it’s a pricey trip but like you said you have to spend money to make money!

This is some real as shit because the customer service and the overall quality of the business directly reflects the person/people running it!! You can tell when they are really in this shit and passionate about it because their customer service and the quality of their business/products/services shows! For example. Chick fil a ❗️You can tell whosever running it truly cares about providing people with the best quality food in the best possible way!!! Everybody sells hair but everybody shouldn’t sell hair!! I’m so glad I watched this video because I needed to hear this. This just made me think about what it is I’m truly passionate about and to go for it no matter how difficult it may seem. Don’t sell hair if it’s not your passion bc you’re not gonna put your all into it. And it’s gonna show in your work/customer service and people deserve the upmost when it comes to customer service. I wish you all the best with whatever it is you choose to do in life and I pray for success in whatever it is you(love to) do🤍.
