Notice how #5, The Bravada, has two enclosed levels and an open top deck. Then at 04:03 it shows it as having a third enclosed deck on top... Looks like a concept drawing and not the actual finished boat.

I believe that the Amsterdam houses aren't really house boats. If they are the ones I've seen story about, they don't have motors , and are permanently fix in one location

Float or floating house would be more correct. Basically a box house on a barge. Just like all the others around it. Not really different than any newer regular neighborhood except you can tow it to another neighborhood. Kind of like a trailer in a trailer park. LOL.

Put some tire like devices around them perhaps they can go on the ocean. Raise the sides up (buy a good pump) and add a 'V' on the bottom... No! No means No!
