Mere ko bhi right side me atka. Atka sa lagta hai...pait Fula rehta hai.sticky motion muscle weakness thaka se rehta hu...feels too much dryness in colon piyaas Bahut lagti hai. जीभ सफेद रहती है, मैं कोई भी गर्म तासीर की चीज नहीं खा सकता, लॉन्ग अदरक काली मिर्च,मिर्चमसाले मैदे से बनी चीजे, यह सब चीज आतो में गर्मी और खुशकी कर देती है, कान में सीटी बजने से माइंड डिस्टर्ब रहता है, परमानेंट नजला रहने से सर जकड़ा रहता है, पसलियों में वायु भरी रहती है, कोरोना के बाद से शरीर की ताकत खत्म हो गई है, no stamina.... Vivah bhi nahin kiya hai nahin to aurat bhag jaati... मैं भी सलमान और रेखा की तरह अकेला/single हूं, ro water suit nahi karta, pehle bahut puta tha.... jameen ka pani puta hu.जिंदगी का मोए मोए हो चुका है

OCD aur IBS ye problems life kharab karke rakh deti hain insaan bahut intelligent and capable hokar bhi life mein kuchh achcha nahi kar pata hai aap Puri tarah se theek ho chuki hain jaankar achcha laga..kya aap bata sakti hain ki aapne CBT ki training kahan se li ya khud se hi practice ki aur kya-kya chizen ki..?

​@@drkumareducationclinicSir ji meri ye problem pet kharab hone se start Hui thi, kafi lambe samay se mera pet kharab Raha tha ,us waqt mera Bajan bhi 14 kg down ho gaya tha, aur mai suru se apne saheth aur prasnality ko leke conscious rahi thi , fir mai KZfaq par doctor ko sunne lagi ,waha se meri anxiety ghabrahat aur badh gayi ,aur mai apni problem ko idhar se udhar match karne lagi, aur fir mai pet ko leke lagatar obsession m rahi confusion Raha aur har nagative thought m anxiety Raha, aur dheere dheere phir ye alag alag ( theme ) ki ocd mujhe ho gayi, jaise ,phychosomatic ocd ki mujhe cancer ho jayega ,ya koi pet me gambhir bimari hai, aur mujhe lagta tha mujhe depression hai ,ya mujhe koi psychosis problem hai ,mtlb ki mai jo bhi social media p doctor se sunta tha mujhe lagta tha ki mujhe ye problem hai ,ya ho rahi hai ,aur mai usko leke obsessed ho jati ,aur overthinking karne lagati ,fir mujhse nahi raha gaya to mai psychologist,aur psychiatric k pass ek umeed le kar gayi, par wo bus ek hi bat bolte ki tumhe peore o ocd aur IBS hai , to koi G.E.D batata to koi phobia ,insomniya batata ,aur kahte dawa le lo thik ho jaoge ,CBT ka course itna mahga rahta ki garib aadmi k liye ye posible hi nhi hai lena ,aur wo bus medicine khane ko kahte ,mai in sab se thak gayi thi, aur mujhe medicine k karan meri halat aur kharab ho gayi thi ,fir mai aapki video aur ,drktv chanel ki video dekhne lagi ,aur maine online CBT ka Course bhi kiya aur mai fir ye sab ke bare m social media p padha aur CBT,techniq aur mindfulness,aur food combination aur ek diet list aur dost aur family ka support liya aur, har situation m positive raha ,maine apne life style me change kara, aur har anxiety wale thought ko CBT se currect karke ,more realistic, more adaptive, thought add Kiya har thought ko chalenge aur validate kiya fir dheere dheere mera anxiety aur obsession Kam hone laga aur jo m lagatar bimari k bare m ya , mansik problem k bare m ya IBS k bare m obsession karti thi ,wo kam hone lagi, aur mai ye khud se chalenge kari ki mai gar baithe without medicine thik houngi ,aur ek time aaya ki meri sari anxiety aur nagative obsession Puri tarah se thik Hui ,aur aaj mai Puri tarah without medicine thik hu ,aur har situation m automatic positive rahti hu ,sir aap meri kahani plz logo tak pahuchaiye kyoki ham jitna neurosis problem ko difficult samjhte hai wastav me wo bahot aasan hai, bus hame practice karna hoga ,bus ye hi hai meri kahani,
