One combo for Samus that I use a lot for early kills is down throw-back air.

This is not very accurate, and at best these combos are situational/ character specific. Honestly, nothing combos into dthrow at 0% - dthrows below 3% are mixups. Excellent mixups, and very useful, but they are not combos. 3% to ~24% (can be as high as 36%, depending on the character and rage), and aerial except bair is true after dthrow. Baby cs and low cs do not cause enough hitstun to true combo into anything from a distance until very very high percents - so these are useful when you need to to net an easy stock from a stubborn opponent. They effortlessly set up a dash attack or grab -> uthrow kill confirm at most opponents’ burst ranges. And that cute cs -> bair combo? Only true if your opponent is right on top of you like they show on the clip, and honestly at that percent, there are more optimal choices like turnaround cancel up angled fsmash or better yet grab -> dthrow into fair. Stop encouraging Samus mains to go in when they don’t have to risk it. Our arsenal is much more versatile and streamlined when we weave in and out of burst range. Samus does not excel in boxing range, her options are high committal and very situational so keeping the right distance is key.
