Serotonin is about the body( sunlight, diet, sports), oxytocin is about relationship ( love, pets, friends, sexs), dopamine is about instant happiness that only lasts for a moment ( porn, sugars, social media, drugs). I love ur pyramid of the amount these hormones is needed , it gaves me general idea which one is more important and which one is less.

I always love your videos because they are always so informative but straight to the point. Plus you always have clear reliable sources to back up everything you're claiming, which isn't as common (especially on KZfaq) as you might think. They're always so easy to understand because of this as well. I appreciate you so much for what you do . Keep up the great work!

I am Brazilian. I live in Portugal and I had the opportunity to help a mother with a baby. She had ordered a snack but couldn't hold the tray. I saw the situation and helped her. Although it was a simple gesture, what made me very happy was the fact that the lady was very surprised and grateful. Her facial expression was one of much surprise and gratitude. Then she repeated "thank you" a few times. I felt really good.

What a great video Ruri, you did a great job by explaining all the essential things about happiness. I learnt a lot and I really appreciate your effort while making this video. I currently have less friends so I spend most of my time being alone. It will be better if you make a detailed video about self love and how to be happy with yourself ✨

Ruri, thanks for the video, it was so interesting and informative as always! It would be so cool if you could make a separate video about this book! I also remember that you mentioned other books from this author ("input" and "output" to be more concrete). I'm really looking forward to seeing videos about these books as well, since you really interested me in their description in the previous videos. Unfortunately, I don't know Japanese and I don't plan to learn this language any time soon, so it would be great if you could provide us with more detailed information from these books too!
