You also get 4 Class script scraps in Cyrodill from the Sroll return quest, but only once per day.

@@Unified-GamingI get notifications from Cyrodill whenever a scroll is picked up by EP, AD, or DC, then I login to that faction, pick up that scroll quest, and get the reward, (if they place it).

@@Unified-Gamingnew folks to bring into the fold… if it’s a dungeon - even v hm dlc - I’ll carry a taunt if I queue w a fake tank (I’m a dd or dps mostly)… Most of the time it’s enough…

I just tried a Vlas daily, didn't award any scripts. Probably because I did one of the main dailies earlier like scout something, I'm guessing you can only get one of them across all these dailies.

I'm not getting any drops from the dailies do you need to finish the complete quest line to get the drops??

@UnfadingSilence you need to be level 30 at least if I recall. You need to have completed each wing. You also need to own gold road. The quest only has to be done once so you get the achievements.

i did the scribing which obviously unlock the scribing skills. but so farm did the mages, fighters, daily dungeons, 1 undaunted & 1 daily delves still no rewards for scribing is this just unluck or am i missing something? Please help

@Maia5568_ you need to complete the entire storyline for the scripts to drop - scribing one in scholarium. It is linked to an achievement and is account bound so do all wings once and you'll be good to go. You can bank the boxes and open once done to stockpile them whilst doing story.

They usually don't allow that but it wouldn't hurt to try if on console. Just note you can only open 1 a day of each type.

The Daily Delve, Daily World Boss, Daily World Event.. don't need to be Skingrad/West Weald do they? Assuming you could get those 3 from any DLC zone with those quests, like Summerset or Elsweyr with Geysers and Dragons instead?

Yeah - anywhere you can get a daily world boss will work for example.

Does the shield script ever drop? That's really the only one I was trying for (other than class mastery but I need all those scraps), of course the one that doesn't drop. I already have 2 toons learned nearly every script, but neither of them had the shield available.

No. It is found in the mages guild. Below is the zone and town which has the script and what script is inside each one. They are often on the table but are in that area. Hope it helps :) I can show on stream if needed. Auridon (Vulkhel Guard) - physical damage Glenumbra (Daggerfall) - Stun Stonefalls (Davon's Watch) - Damage Shield Deshan (Mournhold) - Hunter's Snare Grahtwood (Elden Root) - Warrior's Opportunity Stormhaven (Wayrest) - Druid's Resurgence Bangkori (Evermore) - Vulnerabilty Reaper's March (Rawl'kha) - Vitality The Rift (Riften) - Maim

Scripts are not an issue, I average 11 - 12 script's per day using my 5 tunes, doing the west weald daily quests can reward you with 1- 3 scripts per tune per day. My main had every script in two day's from release, except the class script. The problem is the drop rate of ink.

Is the 5 story quest short in the area

The wings take you over tamerial and they take about 4-6 hours if listening to dialogue otherwise 2-3. Once done on a character, alts just need to do the intro.

I need to get the class mastery thing which requires 50 "class script scraps"... what are they? Will these same places that award the scripts also award scraps? I got 20 scripts so far, but 0 scraps still... at this rate I'll never get the class mastery thing, so I suspect I'm doing something wrong.

You need 50 total across the account. When they drop you need to consume them. Progress is shown in the achievements under Gold Road. The class scraps drop from random bg. Arena daily like maelstorm. Trial daily. If I recall. I would suggest doing trial like cloud rest farm normal usinh group finder and hosting it as shown then a random bg. That'd be 3 a day. It would take around 17 days to get everything needed.

Oh I see... I never do those things, arena completion takes like 2 hours and I hate trials, never can get a group together.

@itim_na_pusa2838 use the group finder. Select cloud rest normal Subject put nCR farm Description put: no experience needed Roles: 2 tanks, 2 healers and rest dps. Force roll selection. This fills the group fast automatically and the run is simple as it is 3 separate bosses with few mechanics. Takes about 10-15m a run

@Unified-Gaming I'm on console, no one uses that group finder. I was able to do random dungeon and a writ to get 2. I don't do battlegrounds.... do you have to win?

@6XXyeahdudeXX9 dailies or check weekly vendor which I cover every Saturday. There is a section at the end that shows where each drops and the location/source.

Do you own gold road? If not then you can't get them if I recall. You also need to have completed all wings first too on one character to get the achievement.

Can I just run BGs and vet dungeons over and over, or do I need to do other content to unlock all scripts?

You need to do a mix of content - my scribing guide shows what drops where. Essentially doing a random dungeon, world boss quest and rewards of worthy should cover all 3 if I recal.

For pve somewhat but not massively. Pve tanks - hugely! Pve healers - yes including stam healing now!! Pvp yes build specific.

You have to do each thing as shown to get the 10. 3 from guild dailies. 3 from skingrad. 3 from pvp (cyrodiil, ic and reward of worthy) 1 from random dungeon

You get 10+ as shown 100% per day. You can farm more but at a 25% chance which isn't worth it imo.

ok so i was doing dailies on each of my toons and the daily random each gave me a script once per toon, for the fighters and mages guild i 100% got a script on those but kept sharing the quest between guild mates and we were still have to get some i was able to get 3 fighters and 5 mages scripts out of like 12 or 15 forget how many we did. is this now different for xbox or am i missing something

You get a script on first daily. If you share them then you get a 25% chance on subsequent quests hence they not all. If you did different dailies as shown like 1 mages guild, 1 fighters etc. Then you'd get the 10 as shown.

Thanks for the info. I prefer the layout of wayrest but noted! The idea applies though do your 3 guild dailies than move on.

I haven't heard that and the system allows this and is meant to be traded between your characters hence it isn't bind on pick up to that character.

I have 20 toons. Been getting 9-ish a day (some PvP is a pain). Have 70'ish stored in bank. Zero concern. Takes a bit to figure which scripts to learn on each class/race toon for best benefit. Good guide.
