I ducking hate this 10 pounds I struggle with it lose it to gain it is just want to do it right ..once I did by just getting in my workout nothing crazy and watching my portions but then I felt like more was needed and I got all weird diet nothing but liquids no bread fucked up ..as I am a professional grill master and Sautee chef I taste it all..but I am starting Monday to get my self back ..encourage me guys I need it so unhappy being overweight ..and if I get that support I will share ..yeaass queen
