Buy dehumidifier and dry in the room or toilets.... Quicker, easier and way cheaper.

Hi Hi! We will dust the inside (facing inward the house) with a feather duster on a monthly basis. Very simple maintainance 😅 and so far so good for this 1.5 year

Hi can I check if you needed to get a HDB permit to hack away the service yard bifold windows and doors before replacing it with the sliding glass door?

Hi Hi! Yes, I believe so! Our ID helped us to apply for all the hacking permits before starting on the renovation ☺

cost for hacking, sliding door and ziptrack? was the service yard floor leveled to same height as kitchen to extend the tiles?

Hi Hi! We hacked the original service yard door and window for SGD300 and did our sliding door for SGD1,200 - both items were done with our ID. For the tiles, yes we had to remove the original HDB one and levelled with cement screed ☺ Our zip track is installed with Legate! We bought it last year through a group buy and got a special discount at SGD1,200. The vendor might have revised pricing now!

Hi Hi! The removal work is S$300. The sliding door comes with two fixed panels at the sides (windows) which are S$1,200 ☺

If the Mrs fear roaches and insects, leaving it semi open will be the problem, from my personal exp.. hope it helps

Hi Hi! As of now, we didn't had this problem. Perhaps, our cooking is not that heavy 😂 But still all has been good!

Hi Hi! Luckily for us, it does 😊 But the vendor did share that it is not 100% rainproof. So i guess it depends on the window/wind direction!

Can't rmb the permeability level 😅 Can check with your selected/shortlisted vendor for their recommendations! Our sales representative from Legate did explain to us the different thicknesses and also shared that the material is not 100% rainproof. For us, we didn't have any issue with the rain. Perhaps it is because of the angle of our service yard 🙏🏻

Hi Kenny! We looked up past customer reviews and it seems that their quality is good. So far, the zip track hasn't disappointed us. Also, we have gotten invisible grills from Legate as well - which got us a package discount (:
