The symptoms include:-
CSF leakage from the ear (Otorrhea).
CSF leakage frome the nose (Rhinorrhea).
Ecchymosis around the eye (racoon eye).
Ecchymosis over the mastoid process behind the ear (Battle's sign).
Blood in the middle ear (Hemotympanum)
Optic nerve entrapment
Cranial nerves palsy
Signs include:-
Salty taste
Hearing problems (conductive or sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus, ...)
Vision problems.
