Project management is a broad set of skills that translates to just about any industry - that’s one of the reasons why it’s such an appealing career choice! The opportunities are truly endless.
I’m sure many of you have already mastered elements of project management, such as creating project plans, work breakdown structures, and stakeholder management.
But it’s important to note that project management is a lot more than making project plans and checking things off a list. In fact, project managers who excel often go far beyond the basics and have mastered skills like emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
