Intelligence is something that goes much deeper than the surface and if you’ve sometimes doubted yourself and taken an intelligence test or an “am I smart quiz” online - chances are, the results weren’t exactly accurate. This is because the signs that you’re smarter than average can’t be measured in a test or a quiz. So, how to know if you’re smart? Well, the very fact that you’re asking yourself questions like, am I smart, am I intelligent, is a sign you’re smarter than you think. Yeah, usually the people with low IQ have no such doubts about themselves in the first place! In fact, most of the traits that show you’re smarter than average are, for some reason, associated with low intelligence in our societies. For example, messy handwriting or being lost in your daydreams. So, if you possess such qualities, don’t worry! You’re not stupid, it just shows how smart you are for your age and people don’t know that! Next time you’re asking yourself, how high is my IQ? Don’t rush to judge yourself based on academic scores. But then, how do you know you’re smart? Remember, it’s more about your behavioral traits! Are you self-aware? Are you curious? Are you open-minded? If your answers are mostly positive, congratulations! These are actually signs you’re smarter than most people!

Never knew all of this. I match 8 of 10 points and one other possibly. But i do not consider myself intelligent. More along the line of using common sense. Like learning from my mistakes. Being honest in myself, and not taking myself too seriously.

my hand writting is worst...and im ashamed sometimes bcz some of primary level students have better handwriting than me! But i became a college teacher..had better grades in college when i been student..but my handwriting wouldnt please any teacher thats why sometimes mainly in literature and history i havent had better grades like i got in math, physics and chemistry...still now im ashamed to write something in front of others even though i never feel discomfort in white board to tech Students in classes.....sometimes i thought im the worst but now i realize im something else 🤣

I got them all except for bad handwriting. I always considered communication as conveying a thought in a way that people could understand it, and that usually included proper punctuation and grammar. Taking notes in school i always printed and could print almost as fast as the teacher could speak. I even made up my own letters like a 'c' with a line through it instead of an 'e' because its faster. Typing is different, though. I need a new keyboard because mine keeps making mistakes. I have a calculator the same way too. 😖

Btw, while talking to yourself isn't a bad sign, talking to yourself _while others are present_ is definitely not a good sign. Your friends telling you that you're crazy for talking to yourself may have a point. Unless they're sneaky eavesdroppers, that is.

Impulsivity has literally nothing to do with intelligence. Huge fallacy. Decisive people tend to be impulsive. The cause for impulsivity is key. Brain imaging confirms this. Autism is paired with impulsivity but it’s caused by a disregard for decision paralysis. Or to prevent anxiety via sensory overload. The CAUSE MATTERS. This guy’s videos are so shallow and omit from actual facts. Citing a study holds absolutely no weight.

i think videos like these give people a toxic self image. most people when they watch a video like this always think that it applies to them, its the same if its a video about some rare illness, most people probably go like "huh, maybe i have these symptoms as well" its the same with this video and it also is the same with lyrics in songs, they are always super generic that way everyone can relate. a video like this has no real benefit.
