Sir, you understate your ability to help players. What you consider teaching beginners is actually teaching ppl like me that has played for 40 yrs with minimum lessons and no growth, to put it all together what I have learned. I know caged, triads, can read notes but theory is priceless. Maybe I am a beginner as far as what I call growth in knowledge but man!, you made it so simple and understandable. You have obviously been educated and at the top advanced level. At your expense you share this knowledge free at no cost to viewers. What viewers don’t realize is you paid out of your pocket for your education! There are only a handful of ppl like yourself that unselfishly give your knowledge away. I won’t mention names because name dropping can go to the head of that humble person and change their intention…to give! You’ve opened a new journey for my playing. Thank you kind sir for sharing your knowledge. You deserve a reward for humbleness, sharing, kind heartedness and giving! I hope this comment can be the beginning of your rewards to come. Gods Speed!

I honestly dont often write comments on youtube, but i have never in 2 years of playing seen videos that make everything i know click together as well as your Videos. Im honestly really amazed. I came into guitar playing knowing alot of music theory and you explanations just connect theory and musical intention so perfectly for me. Great Videos, keep doing what you are doing!

I have been playing guitar over 40 years. Jules Guitar is without a doubt the best KZfaq instructional videos. Combines, theory, proper terminology, graphic / charts, and practical application / technique all in a very understable format. Far too often, video guitarists do not link together the scales to chords to neck position and leave out much information. Jules Guitar puts it all together!

I dunno if this is really true but I was so disappointed with my "guitar-teacher", he was clearly playing for a long time and new a ton of stuff, but didn't show it so me, he just gave me charts with notes (which I can't read) total waste of money

I've never given money for a video on KZfaq - but this truly made me better in ways I'm not sure I even know, yet. Bless you, Jules!

Jules, gotta say mate, you’ve very quickly become my go to KZfaq guitar resource. You pitch at JUST the right level for someone who has been playing guitar long enough to be searching for this sort info. Kinda like beginner intermediate level. Loved the solo blues piece recently, and 12 licks you should know.

Last comment i wrote 3 days ago. After 3 days info for those who don’t understand this video - If you want to start play some music, this is good tutorial. From the other hand, i think that i finally understood difference between shapes of minor and major chords. I thought that i will finally have to pay for this knowledge because i couldn’t get it. Maby case of luck, maby my time of understanding accidentaly had come at this time, but this video solved some mistery in my head and it took 3 days.
