• ළූනු, ගෙඩි 1 (කපාගත්) | Onion, 1 (Sliced)
• කැරට්, 1 (කපාගත්) | Carrot, 1 (Juinilled)
• ගෝවා, කප් 1 (කපාගත්) | Cabbage, 1 Cup (Sliced)
• ලීක්ස්, කප් ½ (කපාගත්) | Leeks, ½ Cup (Sliced)
• තක්කාලි, 1 (කපාගත්) | Tomato, 1 (Sliced)
• අමු මිරිස්, කරල් 2 (කපාගත්) | Green Chili, 2 Pods (Chopped)
• නයි මිරිස්, කරල් 1 (කපාගත්) | Nai Miris, 1 Pod (Sliced)
• රම්පේ & කරපිංචා, ස්වල්පයක් | Pandan & Curry Leaves, A Little
• ඉගුරු & සුදු ළූනු පේස්ට්, මේස හැදි 2 | Ginger & Garlic Paste, 2 Tbsp
• බිත්තර, 3 | Eggs, 3
• කෑලි මිරිස්, මේස හැදි 2 ½ | Chilli Flakes, 2 ½ Tbsp
• කහ කුඩු, තේ හැදි ½ | Turmeric Powder, ½ Tsp
• ලුණු, තේ හැදි 1 | Salt, 1 Tsp
• තෙල්, මේස හැදි 4 | Oil, 4 Tbsp
