This routine is actully perfect . I have yet to reach there. The blow dry heat probably helps the moisture from products to go in deep.

You can if you want it to penetrate deeper, but that’s not necessary every wash.

She’s not talking about how dense her hair is. She obviously has a lot of hair. Porosity refers to your hairs ability to absorb and retain moisture. People with high porous hair absorb moisture very quickly. Low porous hair can take a long time to dry and therefore requires particular type of products that don’t allow products to sit on top of your hair.

My hair dries pretty fast but it's in bad condition, I haven't had it done in 8 months, I want it done soon tho, been using abc redken but want to start using volume inject or frizz dismiss but carry on using the abc intense treatment and leave in conditioner

Actually for low porosity this is too much, too much product. And that mask instead of conditioner, yeah maybe one in two months but for low porosity hair it's too heavy, that hair needs as little and as light products as it can. I have it
