Don’t over commit. Be realistic 6 resources Money, time, support. Think about what resources we be needed per action item 7 deadlines Rule of thumb: 10-20% or 5 weeks of the year should be used for PD 8 execution Nb you will need a support system; friends, mentors, colleagues. 9 revision PDP is an endless process; regularly amend PDP as required. 10 tracking

Self analysis is acrucial step for determination of strengths and weakness then determination of goals and the need to achieve them with specific deadlines is a detrminenant point together with enthusiasm and tendency to change youself, nothing is difficult break doun you goals year by year and make an action and execute and finaly you will reach your goal
