As someone quite literally in the process of hiring a VA for the first time - someone to help me decide on and then configure a work management solution for the nonprofits I'm launching (which is how I ended up on your channel) - I could use tips on the search process itself (eg - what hiring platform / service to use, what to look for / avoid in their profiles, etc). For example, is it a good thing if a candidate has a lot of work / clients already? It's a sign that they're good but also that they might be too busy to give you sufficient focus.

Amazing Video 🎉As a virtual assistant I would like to add, when you’re in the process of completing a consultation with your potential client, make sure you mention your list of tasks (step 2) and have a clear expectation of what you are looking to accomplish. During the consult, it’s all about asking the right questions and getting a feel for that VA. Check the vibes my friend, check the vibes ✨
