The barber here is named Morris, age 69 years old, and is a sweet gem of a barber. I ordered the hot towel straight razor shave from him for $10. He immediately was taken back, and said nobody has asked for that for over a year, and before that it was 10 years. He said he was okay to let me film it, but jokingly said not to send anyone else in for a shave -- only for me. He said, "Send people in for haircuts, which is what everyone else comes in for."
He loves his customers, and even goes to cut hair hair at the town nursing/retirement homes. Everyone from local executives to farmers and factory workers come here to enjoy the folksy barber and his humorous personality.

When you step into this barbershop, you get a warm and witty welcome. We talked about politics, current affairs, social issues. If you want barber talk, come here. He has the most comfortable lazyboy recliner, an array of gun magazines, his NRA membership on the wall, a stuffed deer head, even George Bush and Sarah Pailin on the wall. I loved my haircut and shave experience here, and had so much fun.
I brought my mother, Carla, and she quickly fell into the lazyboy recliner and even joined in on the classic barber talk.
He is only open Tuesday and Friday 9am to 6pm. So, plan ahead. If you want the classic barbershop experience, then this is it!
