@@KaioFalcrow sir I can only do upto 25 pushups with my knees down and I can't do 6 proper pull ups, show I start doing powermoves, if not what should I do to get stronger fast so that I can do powermoves and second are there any powermoves that I can do now that don't require a lot of strength? That you sir/brother

@@Nero_9000 try to learn pushups with your knees off the ground first, at least 10 but if possible more, so keep working on pushups, other workout exercises and stretching as well, you can also work on footworks, then when you get stronger I recommend to start with freezes and powermoves :)

I usually go to the gym but I dont think its gonna help me in breaking as much as these specific breaking moves training with bodyweight instead of lifting dumbbells and machines. Maybe i Will not be able to keep my shape with breaking exercises (aesthetics i mean) but at least its more functional for bboying I guess. Should I do 3x sets of each exercise in the video or 1x only? I was able to finish them all, had a hard time on L-sit but i did it

Sorry for the late reply! I recommend you starting with 3 sets, increasing to 4 if the exercise is easy for you :) Breaking can still keep you in a good body shape, depending what and how you train, but maybe you will not be as big as a bodybuilder :P Keep in mind that most of Calisthenics movements without equipment such as handstand pushups, planches & variations, straddle to handstand, V-sit, manna and so on, can be used as moves & exercises in breaking and they still keep you in a good body shape, depending how you practice them, what you eat and other factors. Regarding the legs, you will probably need some extra weight if you want to build more muscle mass.
