what religion says and what you see followers doing is an entirely different issue. the video is about the religion not what followers are doing. you can see muslim women also not covering their head. you will be shocked to see muslims consuming alcohol.

Sura 5 talks about the jewish scripture so I don't think it was changed BEFORE 632. Since todays Torah is pretty identical to the manuscripts that are even older it could not have been changed AFTER 1 BC (like Nash Papyrus (150-100 BC) or 4Q41 (30-1 BC) This "changed by man" thing sounds like and internet hoax to me.
