I disagree. That has nothing to do with "confidence", IMO. I try to improve my "knowledge". Not because I'm "confident" but because I want to IMPROVE myself. My understanding. My world-view. My ability to converse with others, with (likely) differing viewpoints. Is that "improvement"? Sure, I suppose. You could also argue that simply "living" is "continuous improvement".

When I walk into a room at work, I take a breath and play the James Bond theme in my head, then smile and greet everybody for a second as I stroll past them. A smile and low voice greeting for the ladies. Kills it. Works wonders. .

Great topic and advice. I found out for me criticism is rarely constructive. I use whatever I can from those who are critical and discard the rest. That is an absolute truth about being comfortable (stagnant) and uncomfortable (growing). Keep doing outstanding work good Sir. I'm here for it!!!

Confidence is the top behavioural trait out of 5 traits that are identified by Chase Hughes as giving you a sense of authority in his Ellipsis Manual training. The training is targeted towards CIA operatives, FBI and other law enforcement personnel. Having a contagious or inspirational level of confidence is the number one trait to cultivate, according to Hughes.

Courage is the first step in confidence. Deciding to do something for a good or a great reason. When one defines their life, like having a rock solid purpose one may find themselves being a bit or completely unshakable. The "why" always matters. Being deliberate is very important to me personally. People recognize it, and you are appreciated and respected being this way. It's like the difference between just giving someone something as opposed to presenting something to someone. IMO

If you're trying to improve your connection with women, get the intention to get to know her, don't get the intention to conquer because you stop being you and become an artificial man who tries to suck her energy, if you do that you get into the vibe of scarcity and no woman likes it, focus on connecting with the woman, getting to know her life, making physical touches to generate comfort and giving hugs in a nice and subtle way, it makes you know deeply who she is, I guarantee you If you do this your results will improve by 99%, I talk more about this in my videos on my MaleSide channel, thank you so much for your attention.

Touching people as a way to connect is something I don't like because it feels manipulative. Over time yes, but in the initial stages I see it as invasive. Maybe I'm wrong and it's a mistake ? I just remember someone telling me their formula, of "compliment, question, opinion, touch", and it just seemed too contrived and predatory. Getting to know the person as you mention I think is a good idea. I often fail to "close the deal" since I err on the side of not being sleazy, but that's possibly a mistake. Having a definite personal space could be not how people interact. I would love a girl with the same inclinations, but we would probably pass like ships in the night. Well many times we already have. I write this for others to possibly consider from their own perspective.
