Hey Alpha, seriously that vid helped me a lot. I got depressions for three years now, I am in therapy and I was at hospital several times. You make me feel like I am worth to live. I deserved to live and feel good. A lot of very bad stuff happened to me when I was a child and I am still dealing with that. There are many reasons why I am not confident until now. I watched THIS video several times and the more often I watched it, the more I unterstood. I have big problems with getting criticism but now that I heard that you had almost the same issue I feel better. You are a very good looking famous guy even though you had the same problems like I do. In therapy I've learned that I should not talk negative about other people to make me stand above them. Instead I should help people that gut bullied and make them grow up. You do a great job here on KZfaq and you make me feel better. You teache me not to be that sensitive and always apologize for unnecessary stuff. I thank you so much. Please keep that good work up! Best regards from Germany

hey iv been watching your vids for awhile now and you have inspired me to become a better person mentally and physically. but the sad thing is i was diagnosed with heart diseases called hcm this year and it has stopped me right in my track from working out and getting my body fit but it has definitely not stoped me from still kicking a$$ in life and working to be better everyday so i just wanted to reach out to the people with heart problems and other medical problems and say DONT EVER GIVE UP even tho you might not be able to work out dose not mean you cant be a bad a$$ and i think our boy Alpha has said it before its all about your confidence in yourself not the way you look.

The counter point to not always apologizing is that confident men can also apologize when necessary. It takes confidence to recognize you made a mistake and be like "oops sorry about that, my bad" without letting it bruise your ego. While confident men don't ALWAYS apologize, insecure men/women will NEVER apologize.

Alpha, I appreciate your work and dedication and you have improged me alot suring these years, you helped me develop my personality and structure my character around good morals. The thing is this that ive been facing alot of issues when it comes to talk to people that are higher status. I feel timorous and kinda want to go unnoticed. Stuttering also contributed this problem and im sick of this, it would be great if you'd help us lift our confidence when we are talking to someone that are ahead of us in the life
