Wonder Woman’s biggest weakness is definitely the lack of consistency through her comic book history. Batman is probably the most consistent character of the Trinity. It’s a bit annoying that Superman and especially Wonder Woman don’t have that.

my thing with Wonder Woman is that in some TV episodes and cartoon episodes her powers were never showed off, she got captured or defeated or whatever and it looked like she only had the bullet proof bracelets and the lasso. Same thing with GL having a weakness to Yellow or Superman only being able to jump not fly. Some older cartoons did not show case heroes at there full power until the 90s or the 2000s and many supper heroes before Bruce Tim didn't even fight there classic rouges. Even Batman was made cool by Bruce Tim and was kind of a push over before then. Also a lot of people get excited when a female Supper Hero comes on screen. Like there aren't a lot of them but they don't realize there are LOTS of female supper heroes. Just studios seem to think only Batman and Superman can draw audiences. Also I get annoyed when Halloween costume stores sell Wonder Woman , Batgirl and Super Girl in pink costumes with Tutus in place of there normal costumes.

Her origin stories up to Post-Crisis all could be considered the same, but with extra details at each turn. Frankly, her Post-Crisis origin was basically perfect. It's the New 52 that muddied things up by trying to fix what wasn't broken (which was kind of it's gimmick). And also frankly, which sounds better on paper: - The reincarnation of the unborn child of the first woman to be killed by an abusive man, given life and power by gods - The child of a god and a human p.s. 'More interesting than Superman'? Can I get some citation on that?

In some depictions of Wonder Woman I've seen she would not be feminist because she is shown with and advocating for the matriarchal ideology which is that women are inherently better than men which is making a universal judgment of all men . She also makes a universal judgment about all women by believing in their superiority. There for she's both sexist to men and women. So not at all feminist in those depictions. Though she usually holds those beliefs briefly until a little after leaving Themyscira and getting more experience with men and becomes sudo-egalitarian. Her power lever is very questionable. For instance she deflects bullets with her bracelets so she isn't bullet proof and they want to put her strength level on par with Superman doesn't make sense.
