Really did you see good improvement on long terms? I am 27, I just use shea butter and avocado oil on my body and skin. But I heard a lot about retinol..if anyone have recommendations ❤

aww really enjoyed this the outro was so cute hope she’s having a good day. makes me want to look into a scalp oil coz my hair is big thick n long naturally but i shouldn’t neglect it coz it’s not lacking on the surface level. also ppl retinol plays a big role in anti-aging and just preserving collagen in the face so def look into it but her lifestyle def is the biggest factor in how amazing she looks. happy she has a lovely lil dog
