10 Things Nobody Tells You About Energylandia
Energylandia Located in Zator Poland, has quickly established itself as one of the biggest theme park resorts in Europe thanks to its rapid growth over the past few years.
As of recording, the park is home to 17 roller coasters, soon to be 20 as 3 more are under construction including Choc Chip Mine Train. First up then, nobody talks about its actually quite beautiful
1) It has beautiful landscaping and is a pleasant park to be inside.
2) They haven’t always finished the themeing though
3) Its easy to get lost! The layout can be confusing as the park is so big.
4) The queue lines have all being built with a long distance length. Even when its quiet you have to walk the whole of the line.
5) As a new theme park operator, the park has some creative and unique in the industry ideas which is great to see.
6) they have started to build lockers into the queue lines, so you can store your items safely before riding.
7) They use an automated turnstile and multiple doors onto the ride platforms to try to efficiently fill roller coaster trains.
8) There’s so many shows and entertainment happening.
9) They go all in on the special events, like Oktoberfest and Winter Kingdom.
10) There’s always something new coming, so don’t delay a visit.
As a bonus tip, if you are staying at Western Camp Zator, I recommend buying your tickets from the holiday camp reception on arrival, as they offer a 5% discount and you get exclusive fast pass, good for one ride on Hyperion, Zadra, Abyssus and Mayan.

planning my visit in october, so really helpful. The locker system is the same seen in phantasialand (FLY) and Europa Park (Arthur) - in both parks is free of charge but ride specific and creates a bit of mess in the queue (and also you have to take and return the wristband everytime). I agree the system of Energylandia sounds like a winner (and speeds up the train onboarding). Whilst the cloakroom of Merlin is just a massive NO imho. Regarding the turnstile with numbers - same solution in place in Gardaland Italy (has been like that for ever) and imho it really works and does not overload the station and does not create a lot of mess down there (and does not require an extra operator as seen in most of other parks). Always found it a clever solution.

Thanks fab parks  As a UK thoosie, the Merlin cloakroom is what I’m used to the most, always surprised they haven’t thought of charging for lockers, like Sea World parks as Merlin love to take our money!  I completely agree with you the Phantasialand FLY and EP Arthur are some of the best ways of doing a locker system.   October is a great time to visit Energylandia as they will be doing halloween decorations throughout the park, if you can time your visit around 22nd October, they have a special extended closing time of 10pm that evening. Hope you have a fab visit!

Good video! And I completely agree with everything you've said on here. I visited just after yours and you've summed it up perfectly. It's a mad and interesting park but certainly one to visit!

Aww thanks Peter 🥰 #FeelingTheLove It's really refreshing to see some new ideas, especially from our (jaded, bitter, old 😛 ) behind the scenes park experience .... even if those ideas are a crock of balls like the stupid platform lanes

I will add one more item for you: If you have traveled into Krakow, you can take an Energylandia bus from the Central Station directly to the park's front gate. We took a train in from Berlin and stayed across the street from the station at the Ibis. We had a minimal walk to the bus, and the double decker busses were incredibly comfortable.

Fastpasses are free on your park ticket even if you are not staying in western camp so you dont have to stey in western camp to get fast pass

How do I get the fast pass?

@Hero 8 Coasters there are machines in front of fastpass entrances you scan your ticket there and it prints you ticket with time you can enter the line. You can enter 10mins earlier than time on the ticket. Also print your park tickets cause those machines dont scan phones all the times

@@puwcyk Do you have to buy fastpass as an add on, or do you just have it? And can you do something else while waiting in line if you have fast pass, and then come back when it's your time to ride? And can you have a gopro with you on the ride if it's restraint by a gopro harness on your chest?

Great and informative video! Planning on going there for my first time May and can't wait. For the rides where that have metal detectors (I believe Hyperia is one of them), are those lockers free or do they still require being paid for?

Hey there I’m glad you enjoyed the video, apologies that the information is largely out of date after a few years! … good excuse for me to return to Energylandia and update it 😄 Yes you do need to pay for the lockers and for rides with metal detectors everything needs to go inside. You can purchase an all day wristband for the lockers which is only a couple of euros/pounds Hope you have a great visit

also since there isnt much to do there else, there is probably a good public transit connection from Krakow airport

Krakow airport has limited public transport options, there are a couple of bus lines that do serve the airport 24 hours, which take you to the centre of Krakow where you could change and get the bus to Energylandia It may be easier to get an Uber direct from the airport to Engerylandia We have always rented a car, as it's the more affordable and flexible option. Hope that helps

Hi Stefano, The fast pass is free. Kacper let me know in the comments below this is available to all ticket holders, no matter where you purchased your ticket, which is great news. Simply scan your park ticket at the machines outside the fast entry attractions and they will print a return time to enter the fast entry line. @@OutAndBackTravel yeah, but what's important to know is that it only works once for each ride and there's no way to buy more fast passes (unless you count ridiculous possibility of buying next ticket for each past pass, which is technically an option)

If you stay at the Western Camp are you saying you get extra fast passes? Some from them and some at the park?

Just one set of fast passes. You probably won’t need them as the queues are managed well at Energylandia.

Yes with permission 🙌 I would check with the park’s guest services for their latest process on your visit.

@@Hero8Coasters it’s dependent on the equipment and being able to use it safely on the rides. I would check with the park ahead of your visit, they are super friendly and I’m sure they will help

Hi do you know if the park ofers an all day paid for unlimted fast track? or do the queue times not get long? im looking at planning a trip however I struggle with queueing 🎢🎢

Hi Iona Thank-you for your message,  As of the 2022 season Energylandia didn’t offer a paid or unlimited fast pass option.  They do offer free one-time fast track on Hyperion, Zadra, Abyssus and Mayan. However in our experience we’ve always found the queues to be reasonable, as there are so many rides it helps spread people around the park, so you’re never waiting too long.  Good luck with planning your triples let me know if you make it to Poland
