Bad audio, horrible fps... Somehow the only game I play. Yes, I enjoy it. :p (don't fear night-raids, I was a noob and thought night raids was only for people with night-vision)

mega tip: If you have a flashlight on your gun, you can bait enemies into wasting ammo or even dumping their entire mag by blind firing around a corner with the flash light on. The flashlight will blind them so they won't be able to see that you haven't actually poked your body out, and will just shoot at the light to try to hit you. This will either give you an opportunity to rush them down while they are reloading, or it will lower their reaction time as they will take an extra split second to verify whether you are actually peaking or if you are baiting them again.

@@splxty2897 look man, it doesn't matter and it will be rough for you no matter what. I would reccomend bear because you can have cool russian accented voicelines.

One thing about the malfunction keybinds is if you set the inspect button and fix malfunction to the same key but have the inspect as a press and hold then the fix as a release trigger, then you press and hold the single key, you inspect for the malfunction then once you know what it is release the key and you will fix it automatically. saves time and keystrokes and you wont have to fiddle around with pressing one key then waiting to press a different key which may or may not be near the first one (pending on your keybind layout).

This. Also changing combat reload away from double taping R let's you reload your gun .3 seconds faster:)

@@thegamestartyp i think the idea is that, if there is a double tap action bound to a key, the game will wait a tiny amount of time to see if you press the key again. so if you press R once, the game doesnt know yet if you will press it again; it can't assume you want a normal reload if you also have an action bound to the double tap. it will wait 0.3s to see if you want to tap it agan, and if you don't, then it knows you just want a normal reload

I've been a fan for awhile (new account, don't ask), and although I have 3000+ hours in Tarky, play with other streamers and a large group of the Sherpas, and even host and produce live tournaments in Tarkov; I still find your content honestly refreshing and highly informative. I always try to send fresh victims, I mean players, your way for your tutorials and content as you do have clear and concise points as well as your ability to teach. (I also don't do well teaching newer people lol.) Anyway, thanks again for what you do. Keep up the great work. Oh, and good luck with the wipe. Maybe we'll run into each other on Streets.

what helped me loot a lot faster was binding the discard to a button on my mouse. that way when i loot a vest or backpack while i allready have 1 equiped i can drag the vest, hover it over the slot on my character, press my discard keybind and then drop the new vest in place, all in 1 fluent motion, works with just general inventory items as well, guns too etc.

There’s 1 thing I think you can add to point 1. Collecting you insurance. You can alt click from there to equip things. Comes in handy for standard edition folks and absolute pack rats.

If you have your UI set to auto-hide, quickly adjusting your walk speed a single notch will bring it up.

Almost wish there was a way to switch shoulders, maybe for a debuff to steadiness or recoil control, and have a skill to ambidextrous or something, could be cool

For weapon malfunction bind inspect and clear to one button , I use the ~ button so press to inspect and release to clear ! this alone helped me big time.

Tip: Purchase an armor & Gun repair kit. Farm armor/ weapon maintenance XP by scav gear / your damaged gear. Repairing via traders doesn't level maintenance from my testing. Perk - Less wear, better ergo etc.

Tip 2.1: You can heal faster by cancelling the animation after your limb is healed. For example grizzly heal takes 5 seconds but your limb is healed in like 2 seconds (haven't timed it i just check the health tab and press tab + click after that limb is healed)

Another thing with the quest items, you can grab multiple (not sure if you have to put in stash to make another spawn but I always so for obvious reasons)

Eft didn't tell me that after wipe i will either have lags and 20 fps or won't be able to hear people above, below, outside when i'm inside or inside when i'm outside

B - Press to Inspect, B - Release to clear the Malfuction. I am just holding B until it's inspected, then i release and "Ta Da", it's only one key to remember and press

2. I just love when my PMC needs to nicely fold my surv kit when I'm pushed by the enemy. It takes around 6 seconds to put it back, instead of just throwing it away...

Good tip on looting faster Bind 'Drop' to something more accessible. I use my mouse buttons.

For guns like the Mosin, if you want to reload before the gun is empty, you can swap to another weapon or your melee and reload it from the inventory to keep that one bullet from flying out.

I just started playing before the wipe and was having a great time. I put in a lot of hours and got pretty good but now I can't see my flashlights or lasers so I can't compete with other players. Sucks because I was highly motivated but when other players have such a advantage it makes me feel like I just wasted money.

Try Hunt: Showdown if you want a tense game without the time requirement. All of the guns are good: you start off with nice ones that you can get cheap. No wipes, but an optional prestige system to unlock cosmetics.

The game shouldn't reduce recoil for the player at all. Lasers should just help the player aim when not ADS. The character shouldn't reduce recoil when you hold the trigger down. The recoil control skill should just be removed. It should be entirely skill based and full auto shouldn't be viable for killing anything outside of point blank range.

I atleast partially knew all of this except that we can vary our crouch hight. I had no idea and that could be quite useful, iv been in the situation where crouch is just a bit too low for me, tho more often its that prone is too low.

I have to say. I'm pretty sure that tarkov tells u in a loading screen the binds for quick looting. But true not in the controls. And we cant change them as well. And shift left click is to put items in your sorting table.

Did this game ever tell you anything? It doesn't even tell you what keys you need for quests or even where quest items are. Quests are Find this on this map or plant this at some random ambulance which u need to find yourself.

I just got killed on a pistol run. Swear to god, 35 shots and 3 hits at less than 20 yards. Coming from CSGO you need to unlearn EVERYTHING you understand about FPS aiming, even if you play games with ADS.

Hey JezzeKazam, I have a question about ''quick looting''. Whenever I watch a streamer loot, they'll drag and drop gear onto already existing gear that is equipped and equip the new piece while dropping the old in one move, how do I do that? It just tells me the spot is occupied

i dont even play tarkov anymore but still watch the youtubers cause you make good content. The game just felt like a chore restarting every 6 months and having to keep up, I understand it would get boring without the wipe but doing mostly the same quest again and getting sniped by scavs gets annoying. i know nobody read this but i just wanted to rant
