Keep at it Davey! Lots of venues for you. Stroll through some fleas or boot sales like the old days (if they are still doing them in the UK). Bet there are still bargains out there even in nowadays. Come to TN and we'll take you around for your channel content here. You're the best!

I've got Great grandfather's gold, American Waltham pocket watch. Dated 1890's iirc I brought it to an ARS valuation day in Aberdeen in 2007 give or take. The guy who looked at it was a local, off camera, and incredibly dismissive. I just love how every piece inside is etched, decorated, to the nth degree! Talk about pride and workmanship!

Rosie doesn't care at all. She's waiting for a treat. Sounds familiar to me, " I knooow nothiiiinng". I somehow remember a rotund sergeant saying that.

Hi, yes you’re best speaking to a local dealer / auctioneer in the country you live. They’ll understand the local market far better

I co-own a propmaking company in California. When we work on some film projects we've seen people dumpster diving for castoffs even before the creators and makers can take a memento or clean up their tools. Please do not do this - don't steal trash from sets - it may not even be trash, it could be our equipment. It is 😢 when creators cannot take home a thing after everything gets pilfered from set.

Yeah we've seen film companies go out of business or fail to clean their studios and sets properly, so those items often end up in the skip -- I've rescued and resold thousands from previous shows but now do the opposite and sell back to the propmasters and production designers @@DavidHarperAntiquesTV
