I found the RDX to be more comfortable and engaging to drive than the CRV. The RDX with 10speed AT shifts a lot. The hybrid CRV does not have a traditional mechanical CVT, so is very smooth and will likely be more reliable than belt/chain driven CVT or a regular transmission.

The ASpec models have round tips - if money is not an issue, you could certainly swap them, but it is not an "option"

I leased a 22 MDX Advance in Auust 2021. I'm really Liking the MDX - the redesign making it more muscular caught my eye. Great handling, comfort, and ride, solid road feel with one of the best AWD systems around. However, the MPGs are disappointing. I know that one can't really expect great mileage in a Mid-Large sized SUV, but getting about 80% - 75% of the EPA numbers is a Rub. Especially with the significant inflation experienced over the last 26 months (we won't go there as to the WHY of that but the initials of the person responsible is JB). I have already been receiving Early lease termination offers including $2,5K Loyalty Cash for a new Acura. I only have 11K miles on mine - being retired driving locally with occassional 230-240 mile round trips to see Family. As i approach the 2 year mark this August (can't beleive where the time goes), I may look into Trading Down to a new 2023 RDX A-Spec Advance. One key thing to denote in the features that are Puzzling to say the least is that Acura Does NOT include the Adaptive Suspension Dampeners in of the 22 or 23 Non Type S MDXs, yet They did in all RDX models except Base models ( Have to confim that - but certainly the adaprive dampeners are on the A-Spec and A=Spec Advance models). The previous RDX models have it as well. And all MDXs in Canada have it !!
