That little rope knot ball is called a monkeys fist. when i was in the cadets in the UK i learned how to make them its so cool. Also the monkeys fist are actually used even today in the shipping industry, the stevedores who are always on the jetty as the ships are pull up along side this monkeys fist is used to throw attached to a thin rope to the stevedores and they are able to catch it and then they pull the lines in to tie up the ships ropes to the bollards on the jetty, so they are functional as well as being very cool looking. All ships use them right up to today. when the ship leaves the jetty the ropes are just unhooked and dropped in the water so the lines can be pulled into the ship. its great to watch especially the big cruise ships and tankers that pull in along side. After the ship ties up the monkeys fist is given back to the chief of the lines. I thought you would like to know this fun fact

Definitely want to see a video with the cylindrical vase. Also I am terrible with floral arrangements...I get to the store and can't even decide what to buy. So combining the vase and floral arrangements 101 would be great!! By the way, you have really been an inspiration to me! Helped me prove that I can do hard and scary things!! I think you are going to use leopard print on your new line of power tools. As a crafter for many, many years, I have collected my own set of tools. I have my own tool box, with screw drivers, hammers, tie wraps, electric staple gun, a smaller drill/screw driver with several bits, levels/lazer level, Dremel set, etc. I will really be interested in your new tool line! Love these Dollar Tree videos. Gives me all sort of new ideas for future projects! Keep them coming! Love it!

I began following you because of your use of power tools. I've always been Tom-boy & LOVE! all sorts of "tools"!! I'm a sucker for power tools! 🤪Excited to see your product line! Animal print, maybe? 🤔 I'm a Tiger girl myself (LSU purple/gold) but happy to support small biz when I can. MORE POWER! 😂 On another note, I've learned from my MIL how to simply "disguise" various items to make them look "glamourous". Old dogs CAN learn new tricks!! LOL!🤣🤟

I know it gives YT's a break from projects, but I'm not a fan of anyone's "haul" videos. It is, however nice to know what your favorites are! And it gives viewers a way to "bond" with you. :) Your advanced crafters are already buying it and getting validation. Beginner-level crafters can use videos like this to learn where to get decent items without breaking the bank. Sometimes the basics are necessary. (Believe it or not, crafting is not just a talent that everyone naturally has.) I'm an experienced crafter and use all of these. Creating fixes for something-especially when it is on the fly, uses knowledge I have gained, by both doing other projects and knowing what is available. TOOLS!!!! Yes! Regarding your tools... I'm guessing some may be leopard pattern?? I'd also guess... Okaaaay, more like hoping for.... gold accents? I'm also wondering if they will be red. (Not my favorite color, but it is easy to find.) Red represents power-which goes with what you always tell us "You are more powerful than you know!" Red works for tools because you can SEE them in the midst of a messy project!! And of course, since many men's tools are red, it would mean that replacement batteries, etc, could coordinate. BUT, a color like purple would be the BOMB! Then your spouse won't steal your tools! LOL!

whats even better than using the floral foam is a pool noodle it can be used for floral foam and it goes a loooonngg way, you can cut it into any shape you want with a simple knife....for $1.25!! and you can use them in the bottom of a planter to make your potting soil go further....however at DG sometimes you can get them for a buck (so glad no power tools in this vid)) ;)

I love using Dollar Tree placemats in my fridge. You can clean them easy, and also change them out. I trim the ones that are too large. Saw 5his hack on KZfaq and love it.

I just cut one end out of each of two wood boxes, then glued them together for a long compartment in my silverware drawer. Easy Peasy. I am a quilter and I have a couple 12" single blocks. The other day I found some 12" canvases in the $5 section. Now I have something that I can attach my 12" blocks to and hang on the wall. I think Chocolate will be part of the tool line.

Absolutely would love to see more videos of your favorite finds. I have a few of my own, for example, I love the small white cutting boards for fruit and veggies. The size makes it so much easier to grab and can be stored on the back of a cabinet door. Another item is their micellular water for make up removal. It’s more affordable and rivals name brand removers. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and gets the job done! Tfs.

Besides the paint trays they also have the paint cups for when you are painting with a brush (like trim). Very sturdy cups!

I like the paint cups. They cost about $6 at hardware store Only difference is s small magnet to hold your brush.

Loved your 10 faves which many are mine as well! I love the look of the glass cylinder vase with that slender glass candle holder! I’ve used various candle holders as well as the long stemmed tea light holders under the cylinder vase. I recently elevated a marble cake stand from HomeGoods with a marble pedestal holder I bought last year from DT! Yes Natalee I’d love to see other DT faves! Increments of 10 was a great amount to share in one video. This keeps the video short & easy to refer back to!

I like these types of videos would like to see more of them. You are looking like you are glowing and you look like you have lost weight what ever you are doing it sure is working. I am guessing your tool line will either be Gold and a sage green or a gold and navy , with a floral of white flowers like a peonies or hydrangeas . What ever it is I know it will be spectacular. I used the cylinder vases and crystal candlesticks for my wedding centerpieces, with water, a floating candle and flowers. I had a group of 3 vases at each table, and used little glass pieces from the thrift store to stagger the heights of the vases. Great video!

Hi NataLee. I could definitely associate with your talking about the Dollar Tree cylindrical vases. I drove all over South Georgia and finally found some that I needed. Then a few months later they were finally in my Dollar Tree. So I bought some more. Lol. I am all about using the DT jute rope. I bought all I could find when it was still $1.00. I have a bin full of the 13.5 inches ones still. I’m with you on the florals looking much better too. Great video. Anxiously waiting on the premiere of your tool line.

Hi, Love all the great ideas you always have. This was a nice compilation of things way may already have in our stash too. I hv been saving styrofoam from packages I receive from ordering on line. You can use the foam pices for projects and recycle as well as save money. Have a great summer.

I love your videos and you are such a great and amazing crafter. I agree with your favorites from DT. They really have upped their quality. But Temu’s florals are so beautiful. I’ve ordered so much off them too. The ones I bought are such great quality, I put them in planters outside. They are the same ones I bought from Big Lots a couple of years ago. They do not fade. And they are cheaper than Big lots. I will send you a picture if you want to see them. Again, thank you for sharing your crafts with us. 👏❤️ AND I can’t wait until you reveal to us your Lady Tools. I like the crafts supplies for my kids at the DT. I spent a fortune at Michael's to make just one item that was used once in school. I feel better about going to the DT for these items. Natalee, I hope you don't mind my asking this. You are always so beautifully put together. Are you frugal with clothes, skin care, and cosmetics, as you are with decor that looks so high end? You can do a video on that!
