Here is the thing with Rashford. He is one of those players who begin their careers with a lot of promise. They have no fear and they want to prove to the world how good they are. Then, 3 or 4 years later, they begin to tail off. Why does this happen? Rashford isn't the only player I have seen this happen to. And I don't buy the "young" argument any more because the lad is 24. That's almost mid career. Take for example Gareth Bale. He began slowly, then shone and stayed bright. Everytime I hear a pundit talk up a young, potential star, I always wait a few years to see how they develop.

Don't know a lot about football. What I have seen and heard about Marcus Rashford is an inspiration. Seems like a very genuine man, no agenda, no politics, no whining about this and that, no preaching about how others should behave. He just calmly and efficiently gets on with things that matter and make a difference. Seems wise enough to keep politics out of his initiatives. Being political doesn't make it better, in fact it turns people away. Opportunity should be available to everyone, regardless. Keep up the excellent and inspirational work.

@cogamers84 When Sterling is in consistent form he is actually very good. But when he's off form he's not. He also doesn't posses the skill to do what Rashford does at this timecode. Rashford is a far more able player IMO and they both suffer from bad form at times
