The one that actually led to blading being banned should be on this list, Shawn Michaels at Great American Bash 2008. Many people seem to think that's what started the PG era but that's not true, WWE had already been PG for like a month or two by then which is why the bleeding of Michaels pissed Vince off so badly that he banned bleeding altogether. So originally occasional bleeding was allowed in the PG era but because Jericho and Michaels went too far, they ruined the fun for everybody.
