for boss zombies just hit jump hit jump hit jump its easy usually you wont get hit but they will get 1 hit in you sometimes

when fighting zombies just walk backwards and hit them so you never get hit boss zombies the same just jump when they get close

You could kill zombies w/ a suppressor but then again you're just wasting ammo and you'll be taking a lot of trips back to where you are to the point your camping there just to get ammo.

Js melee then jump and do that over and over until the boss zombie is dead

It is very easy to knife the boss zombies all you have to do is turn sideways and jump before they hit you and knife at the same time you jump
